Power and Training Items are items used to maximize the benefits of training and breeding your Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on to see the list of all Power items, Training Items, and their effects!

All Power Items that are used to raise the EVs of Pokemon can be purchased at the Delibird Presents shops around Paldea for ₽10,000. These are available right at the beginning of the game.

These items help in training Pokemon. For example, the Lucky Egg allows Pokemon to level up faster when held, through extra exp. points.
These items also help when Breeding Pokemon. For example, the Everstone will guarantee that the Nature of the parent holding the item will be passed on to their offspring.
