Tier | Pokemon |
The following are the criteria to be met when ranking Pokemon for Ranked Singles.
These Tiers are determined by how drastically a match is altered by a Pokemon being on the field. Whether it be Redirection, Support, or a strong Offensive presence, a Pokemon's impactfulness determines its placement on our list.
The criteria for best Pokemon also takes into account team synergy or how well each Pokemon works in conjunction with its teammates.
The potential of Pokemon Terastallizing is also taken into account as this mechanic not only gives it an extra STAB of a different type, it can also remove its glaring weaknesses and give it new resistances.

The Indigo Disk Pokemon Tier List for Tera Raids | |
---|---|
Tier | Pokemon |
The following are the criteria to be met when ranking Pokemon for Ranked Singles.
Due to how inflated Tera Raid Bosses' HP get, these Tiers are sorted by how fast and how potent they can get their stats high enough before the Raid Boss can get its shield up and reset stats.
Due to how certain Raid Events are limited within Paldea and how not everyone has access to these Pokemon, Pokemon under these categories should be judged by how well they perform versus the Pokemon available in the base game.
The potential of Pokemon Terastallizing and how it can be used to further boost STAB Damage can easily turn the tide in Tera Raids.
Certain Pokemon can make use of the new 19th Tera Type better than others. Those who can make full use of it can rank higher due to its broken nature when it comes to Tera Raids.
