Pecharunt is a Poison/Ghost-type Mythical Pokemon that can be encountered in The Indigo Disk Epilogue. Pecharunt serves as the leader of the The Loyal Three in Kitakami, where the epilogue takes place.
Pecharunt has the signature move Malignant Chain, a damaging special move which has the chance to badly poison a target. This synergizes with its Poison Puppeteer ability, which allows Pecharunt to confuse a target if it manages to poison it.
To encounter Pecharunt, you need to complete the base game's story, clear the Academy Ace Tournament, and finish both The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk's stories. You also need to get the Mythical Pecha Berry item via Mystery Gift, which is available starting January 11, 2024.
Pecharunt is the only new Pokemon added in the Mochi Mayhem Epilogue.

The Indigo Disk will follow your character as an exchange student at the Blueberry Academy. You will travel to your academy’s sister school, whose school’s building is located under the ocean. As Part 2 of the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, it will follow the story of The Teal Mask, where you went to Kitakami on a school trip.
The Legendary Pokemon Terapagos will also play a significant role in the story of the Indigo Disk.
The Terarium is an undersea artificial ecosystem that is cleanly divided into 4 different biomes, housing several Pokemon that will make their debut in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. In addition, one of the BB League Elite Four members is found in each of the four areas.
The League Club is the player's home base in the Blueberry Academy. Characters that you've met throughout your journey may even appear to battle or trade with you.
The Indigo Disk storyline serves as the game's post-game story. Players need to have finished all the way through A Way Home and The Teal Mask before they can enter Blueberry Academy.
Post Game Content: What to Do After the Story
