As the Japanese Official Pokemon Twitter announced that The Teal Mask DLC will be releasing in the morning of September 13, it is very likely that we will have a midnight or 1 AM UTC Release!
A midnight UTC release would be in line with the time scheduling we often see for Tera Raid Events, while a 1 AM UTC release would match up with the release time of the Crown Tundra DLC for Pokemon Sword and Shield.
UPDATE 9/13 1 AM UTC: Some players are reporting an update, but most players still aren't in yet! If you have managed to get into the DLC or are having trouble, leave us a comment!

This means that all regions will get access to the game at the exact same time, instead of launching at midnight local time of your region. The Teal Mask is the first part of the DLC The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, arriving on September 13, 2023. Learn all new Pokemon arriving in the DLC, new features, all confirmed returning Pokemon, preorder bonuses, and more.
The Teal Mask: Everything We Know
The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero which includes both The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk are priced at $34.99 on the Nintendo eShop.
Within the new region of Kitakami, players will encounter new game features, such as the Ogre Oustin, and Photography minigames. New events called Mass Outbreaks will also begin once the DLC releases, so be on the lookout for these exciting new content!

The Teal Mask DLC will also feature a slew of new Pokemon, such as the Heroes of Kitakami, the new Legendary Pokemon Ogerpon, as well as the newly introduced Dipplin and Poltchageist!
Aside from new features and Pokemon, the DLC will also bring back Pokemon from previous generations! These returning Pokemon can be caught in the wild in the Kitakami region, with more to come once the Indigo Disk DLC releases!

Can someone please explain to me why even after I did a system and software update the dlc is not activating in my scarlet game at all?
