Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards a bulky offense to help with survivability and with dealing as much damage as possible. Max out your HP and Special Attack EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Defense. Letting Enamorus hold a Pixie Plate will boost its Fairy-type moves even further.

Tera Raid Strategy

At the start of the raid, let Enamorus get its Special Attack stat boost with Calm Mind, then follow it up with Moonblast which will act as its main weapon. Draining Kiss can be used to heal Enamorus up.

Once you have enough Tera Orb charges, use Misty Terrain before terastallizing. Having Missty Terrain can be a supplementary aid for Enamorus and its allies, as it prevents the raid Pokemon from inflicting status moves on the team, while also buffing Enamorus' Fairy-type moves.
