Blueberry Quests Union Circle Codes Board
You can always refer to your Pokedex to check the descriptions of the Pokemon that you're supposed to catch if you are struggling to guess what Pokemon the hints are referring to.
In addtition, you can also use it to hear the Pokemon's cry, look up its type, classification, and habitat. All of these information are used as hints when you are attempting to complete the group Blueberry Quest.
Paldea Pokedex: List of All Pokemon
One of the hints that the "Catch a certain Pokemon that matches hints that have been given!" BBQ can give is the cry of the Pokemon.
Open your Pokedex and select a Pokemon from the list. Press the A button two times to hear the Pokemon's cry from the Pokedex.
Sometimes the game will also give out the hint classification of what that Pokemon is. For example, it will give a hint that it's a Grass Cat Pokemon which could only refer to Sprigatito.
You can find the classification under the Pokemon's name on the Pokedex.
The quest will give you the type of the Pokemon that you're supposed to catch, narrowing down the choices of Pokemon. The Pokemon's type is found below its classifcation on the Pokedex.
For example, the game will give out Fairy and Dragon if the Pokemon that you need to catch is both a Fairy and Dragon type.
The BBQ will also sometimes give the location of where the Pokemon usually lives. The location is often mentioned in the Pokemon's description on the Pokedex or by pressing the Plus Button (+) to view its habitat in the Terarium.

Sometimes, the behavior of the Pokemon will also get described as a hint.
The BBQ will give out the description of how the Pokemon acts like if a Pokemon only comes out at night and stays quiet during daytime.

You forgot about Tynamo... the first and only (so far) Pokemon Hint-related group quest I got was where my hint was Electric and my friend's hint was a silhouette of Tynamo. We were the only two in the union circle so I don't know if there were any other clues we would get if we had more people in the union circle.
