Get Cyrano's Shiny Blitzle by inviting him to the League Club room in the Indigo Disk DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on and learn how to get Cyrano's shiny Blitzle, how to invite him into the League Club room, and how to battle Cyrano!
To trade for his Shiny Blitzle, you must first battle Cyrano after inviting him to the League Club room, as you would do with the other special coaches.
You only need to invite and battle him once to be able to trade any Pokemon of your choosing to his Shiny Blitzle with the Partner Ribbon.

The shiny Blitzle has a bluish hue, replacing the black primary colors of its regular variant. The shiny also has green eyes and inner ears, different from the blue eyes and ears found on the non-shiny variant.
How to Tell if a Pokemon is Shiny
The Shiny Blitzle received from Cyrano has a Partner Ribbon, which will display Cyrano's name when you send shiny Blitzle out to battle!
The walkthrough team has noted this as the possible condition to invite Cyrano. Feel free to share in the comments if you've discovered the specific condition for it!
You'll have the option to invite Cyrano for 10 BP in the Support Board after unlocking all 20 currently available Special Coaches, excluding the final three which currently do not seem to be available. Note that it is not required to invite all of the Special Coaches; from our experience, simply having the Special Coaches unlocked was sufficient.
After unlocking the secret boss, you'll proceed to the Blueberry Academy Entrance to battle Cyrano. Upon defeating him, you'll return to the League Club room where he'll initiate a trade with you. Accept the trade and choose any Pokemon in your boxes to exchange for his Shiny Blitzle.
This is a lengthy and expensive process since you'll be needing lots of BP to invite special coaches in the League Club room.
