Breaking Swipe Dragon All opponents Lowers the Attack stats of all opponents hit by the attack by one stage.
Charm Fairy Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack by two stages.
Chilling Water Water Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack by one stage.
Feather Dance Flying Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack by two stages.
Growl Normal All opponents Lowers the opponents Attack by one stage.
Lunge Bug Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack by one stage.
Memento Dark Single opponent The user faints to lower both the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by two stages.
Noble Roar Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by one stage.
Parting Shot Dark Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by one stage, then the user switches out. It also bypasses Substitute as it is a sound-based move.
Play Nice Normal Single opponent Lowers the target's Attack by one stage.
Play Rough Fairy Single opponent Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's Attack by one stage.
Strength Sap Grass Single opponent Heals the users HP equal to the target's Attack stat. Also lowers the target's Attack by one stage.
Superpower Fighting Single opponent Lowers the user's Attack and Defense by one stage.
Tearful Look Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by one stage.
Tickle Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack and Defense by one stage.
Trop Kick Grass Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack by one stage.

Confide Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Attack by one stage.
Draco Meteor Dragon Single opponent Lowers the user's Special Attack by two stages.
Eerie Impulse Electric Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Attack by two stages.
Leaf Storm Grass Single opponent Lowers the user's Special Attack by two stages.
Make It Rain Steel Adjacent Lowers the user's Special Attack stat by one stage. The user also gains money after battles in the main game.
Memento Dark Single opponent The user faints to lower both the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by two stages.
Moonblast Fairy Single opponent Has a 30% chance to lower the opponent's Special Attack by one stage.
Mystical Fire Fire Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Attack by one stage.
Noble Roar Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by one stage.
Overheat Fire Single opponent Lowers the user's Special Attack by two stages.
Parting Shot Dark Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by one stage, then the user switches out. It also bypasses Substitute as it is a sound-based move.
Skitter Smack Bug Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Attack by one stage.
Snarl Dark All opponents Lowers the opponent's Special Attack by one stage.

Close Combat Fighting Single opponent Lowers the user's Defense and Special Defense stats by one stage.
Crunch Dark Single opponent Has a 20% chance to lower the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Crush Claw Normal Single opponent Has a 50% chance to lower the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Fire Lash Fire Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Defense stat by one stage.
Grav Apple Grass Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Headlong Rush Ground Single opponent The user smashes into the target in a full-body tackle. This also lowers the user’s Defense and Sp. Def stats.
Iron Tail Steel Single opponent Has a 30% chance to lower the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Leer Normal All opponents Lowers the opponent's Defense stat by one stage.
Liquidation Water Single opponent Has a 20% chance to lower the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Razor Shell Water Single opponent Has a 50% chance to lower the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Rock Smash Fighting Single opponent Has a 50% chance to lower the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Screech Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Defense by two stages.
Shell Smash Normal Self Increases the user's Attack, Special Attack, and Speed by two stages while lowering the user's Defense and Special Defense by one stage.
Spicy Extract Grass Single opponent Raises the target's Attack stat by two stages and lowers the target's Defense stat by two stages.
Superpower Fighting Single opponent Lowers the user's Attack and Defense by one stage.
Tail Whip Normal All opponents Lowers the opponent's Defense by one stage.
Tickle Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Attack and Defense by one stage.

Earth Power Ground Single opponent Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by one stage.
Energy Ball Grass Single opponent Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by one stage.
Fake Tears Dark Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Defense by two stages.
Flash Cannon Steel Single opponent Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by one stage.
Focus Blast Fighting Single opponent Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by one stage.
Headlong Rush Ground Single opponent The user smashes into the target in a full-body tackle. This also lowers the user’s Defense and Sp. Def stats.
Lumina Crash Psychic Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Defense stat by two stages.
Metal Sound Steel Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Defense by two stages.
Psychic Psychic Single opponent Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by one stage.
Seed Flare Grass Single opponent Has a 40% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by two stages.
Shadow Ball Ghost Single opponent Has a 20% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by one stage.
Shell Smash Normal Self Increases the user's Attack, Special Attack, and Speed by two stages while lowering the user's Defense and Special Defense by one stage.

Move Type Target Effect
Bubble Beam Water Single opponent Has a 10% chance to lower the opponent's Speed by one stage.
Bulldoze Ground All others Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage.
Cotton Spore Grass All opponents Lowers the opponent's Speed by two stages.
Curse Ghost Random opponent (Ghost type) / Self (Non-Ghost type) This attack works differently when used by Ghost-type Pokemon. For most Pokemon, increases the user's Attack and Defense by one stage, but lowers the user's Speed by one stage. For Ghost-type Pokemon, the user loses half their maximum HP to cause the opponent to lose 1/4 of their maximum HP at the end of each turn.
Electroweb Electric All opponents Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage.
Hammer Arm Fighting Single opponent Lowers the user's Speed by one stage.
Ice Hammer Ice Single opponent Lowers the user's Speed by one stage.
Icy Wind Ice All opponents Lowers the opponents Speed by one stage.
Low Sweep Fighting Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage.
Mud Shot Ground Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage.
Pounce Bug Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage.
Rock Tomb Rock Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage.
Scary Face Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Speed by two stages.
Silk Trap Bug Self Prevents the user from being hit by the opponent's attack. but has a chance of failing when used consecutively. Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage if the attack blocked would have made contact.
Spin Out Steel Single opponent Lowers the user's Speed stat by two stages.
Sticky Web Bug Opponents' side of field Sets a web that lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage upon switching into the battlefield. The move does not affect Flying-type Pokemon, Pokemon with Levitate ability, and Pokemon with Air Balloon as a held item.
String Shot Bug All opponents Lowers the opponent's Speed by two stages.
Syrup Bomb Grass Single opponent This move coats the target in syrup and causes its Speed stat to lower each turn for three turns.
Tar Shot Rock Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Speed by one stage. Fire type moves do more damage.
Toxic Thread Poison Single opponent Poisons the target and lowers their Speed by one stage.

Mud-Slap Ground Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Accuracy by one stage.
Muddy Water Water All opponents Has a 30% chance to lower the opponent's Accuracy by one stage.
Night Daze Dark Single opponent Has a 40% chance to lower the opponent's Accuracy by one stage.
Sand Attack Ground Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Accuracy by one stage.
Smokescreen Normal Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Accuracy by one stage.

Moves that Decrease Evasiveness

Move Type Effect
Defog Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV - Flying Type Moves Lowers the opponent's Evasion by one stage. Removes Entry Hazards and Barriers on both the user and opponent's side of the field.
Gravity Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV - Psychic Type Moves Removes Ground type resistance and stops certain moves from being used. Lowers the Evasion of all Pokemon on the field by two stages. Gravity also prevents moves such as Bounce, Fly, Flying Press, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Magnet Rise, Sky Drop, Splash, and Telekinesis from being used.
Sweet Scent Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV - Normal Type Moves Lowers the opponent's Evasion by two stages.
