Defeat Slither Wing quickly

Slither Wing has a very high Attack Stat, so letting the battle to drag on for too long would allow Slither Wing to deal a lot of damage against your Pokemon, leaving them too weak to handle the rest of Professor Sada's Pokemon. Luckily, Slither Wing has a 4x Weakness to Flying Type Moves, so use Flying type moves, such as Dragonite's Aerial Ace.

Defeat Brute Bonnet using Pokemon with a high Speed Stat

Brute Bonnet has a low Speed Stat, allowing most Pokemon to move first against it. It also has a 4x weakness to Bug Type Moves. Use these 2 weaknesses to your advantage by using Tinkaton, which resists 3 of its 4 moves (although it is weak to Earthquake), outspeeds it and can deal 4x damage with its Skitter Smack attack.

Defeat Scream Tail using Pokemon with Physical Attacks

Use Steel Type Pokemon against Scream Tail

Professor Sada's Scream Tail knows mostly Special Attacks. It has a high Special Defense and a slightly lower Defense. With Tinkaton's Physical Steel moves, you can deal large amounts of damage against Scream Tail. As an added bonus, Tinkaton's typing allows it to resist most of Scream Tail's Attacks!

Use Defensive Pokemon Against Sandy Shocks

Sandy Shocks has a high Speed and Special Attack stat that allows it to outspeed most opposing Pokemon. Using Pokemon like Arboliva with High Special Defense, and resistances to Electric and Ground type attacks, will allow you to face Sandy Shocks without the risk of being one shotted. Arboliva can also learn Earth Power through TM 133, which is highly advisable, as it is one of Sandy Shocks' weaknesses!

Defeat Flutter Mane using Pokemon that can Withstand High Damaging Moves

Use Physical Attacks against Flutter Mane

Flutter Mane has extremely high Speed and Special Attack stats that can one shot most Pokemon if you are not prepared. To make up for this, Flutter Mane has low HP and Defense stats, so use Pokemon like Mimikyu that can withstand attacks on the first turn, and follow up with a super effective Ghost Type Physical attack to one shot it.

Defeat Roaring Moon using Fairy type Pokemon

Terastallize Fairy Pokemon

Professor Sada's Roaring Moon has the held item Booster Energy, which activates its Ability Protosynthesis, an Ability that increases its Attack. To counter this, Terastallize your Fairy type Pokemon like Mimikyu or Tinkaton, and use Fairy Type moves, which Roaring Moon is 4x Weak against.
