Are Mythical Pokemon Shiny Locked?

Most Mythical Pokemon That Can be Caught or Gifted Are Shiny Locked

Pokemon BDSP - Arceus at Spear Pillar

Most Mythical Pokemon do have Shiny forms, but most of them have been released via events. But at the moment, only the Spear Pillar Arceus in BDSP and Phione are the few Mythical Pokemon that can be Shiny Hunted.

If you have Oak's Letter or the Member Card in BDSP when the events were live, you can Shiny Hunt Shaymin and Darkrai respectively.
