Leftovers |
This set boosts its stats to deal massive damage with Stored Power, Iron Defense and Nasty Plot both boost Defense and Special Attack respectively by two stages. With 6 stages worth of boosts, the move's base power goes up dramatically to 260.
Psychic Terrain can be used to further boost the damage of Stored Power. Leftovers gives it additional recovery while supporting teammates.
We also recommend getting a Slowbro with a Psychic Tera Type to further boost its offensive power. Since this Slowbro functions as a bulky attacker, a Modest Nature is best to boost its Defense.
Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards bulky offense, investing heavily into Special Attack to deal maximum damage. Max out your HP and Special Attack EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Def.
Bulky Attacker Turn-by-Turn Strategy | |
---|---|
Turn 1~3 | Use Iron Defense to boost Slowbro's Defense. Do this three times. |
Turns 4~6 | Use Nasty Plot three times to max out Slowbro's Special Attack. |
Optional | Use Psychic Terrain to boost Stored Power's damage. |
Turns 9+ | Use Stored Power before the raid boss can nullify your stat buffs or before it sets up its shield. |
Begin by using Iron Defense three times to maximize Slowbro's Defense, followed by Nasty Plot three times to maximize its Special Attack. After getting your stat boosts, you can use Psychic Terrain to further boost the damage of Stored Power.
Once you complete your setup, use Stored Power to damage the raid boss and knock it out.

This one-shot strategy requires a dedicated team with 3 Quagsires to provide Acid Spray and Helping Hand support.
Slowbro's main role is to setup with Nasty Plot to boost the power of Stored Power. With two Nasty Plots, its Stored Power has an effective base power of 100 which is further boosted by the debuffs from Acid Spray as well as 3 Helping Hand boosts from its teammates.

At the start of the raid, the Fast Haze Support Quagsire with 4 Speed Evs should use Haze to remove the opponent's stat boosts.
Once Haze resets the stat boosts, the Fling Support should use Fling to inflict a burn, while the Debuff Support should use Eerie Impulse to lower the opponent's Special Attack by 2 stages.
Finally, Nasty Plot to increase Slowbro's Special Attack by 2 stages.
On Turn 2, all Quagsire users should use Acid Spray to lower the opponent's Special Defense by 2 stages. The Slowbro user should once again setup with Nasty Plot.
On Turn 3, all Quagsire users should use Helping Hand to boost Slowbro's next move by a total of 237.5%.
With three Helping Hand boosts, Slowbro can one-shot the Raid boss with boosted Stored Power.

Shell Bell |
The best Ability for Slowbro in Tera Raid Battles is Oblivious, which gives it an immunity to infatuation, Intimidate, and Taunt.
We also recommend getting a Slowbro with a Water Tera Type to retain its resistance to Fire-type moves, while also removing its Dark-type weakness. Since this Slowbro is a physically defensive support, a Bold nature is best to boost its Defense.
Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards physical bulk to withstand physical attacks. Max out your HP and Defense EVs, while adding the remaining EVS into Special Attack. Shell Bell gives Slowbro some recovery while it deals damage.
Bulky Support Turn-by-Turn Strategy | |
---|---|
Turn 1~2 | Use Chilling Water to lower the raid boss' Attack stat. On the next turn, use Yawn to put it to sleep on the suceeding turn. (Only use Yawn while the Tera Shields are down, otherwise it will have no effect!) |
Turns 3~4 | Use Psychic to deal STAB damage the raid boss, and recover lost health with Slack Off. |
Turns 5+ | Terastallize into a Water-type and use Chilling Water to damage the raid boss' shields. |
Start the raid by using Chilling Water to lower the raid boss' Attack stat, and then use Yawn to put it to sleep on the third turn. Once the raid boss is incapacitated, use Psychic to deal STAB damage to it while also recovering lost health with Slack Off. Once you have enough tera charge, terastallize into a Water-type and use boosted Chilling Water to break its shields.

Although it's possible to catch Slowbro in the wild, it's a rare spawn in a mid-game area. Fortunately, you can find Slowpoke very early by going to the beach area in South Province (Area Five).
Once caught, level it to Lv.37 to evolve it into Slowbro.
Best Pokemon for Catching
If it has a different nature, you can use a Modest Mint to change its nature to Modest.
The easiest way to get this is by buying it from the Chansey Supply shop at Mesagoza for ₽20,000.
How to Change a Pokemon's Nature
Wild Slowpoke and Slowbro will always have either Water or Psychic Tera type, for that reason it is best to just catch one with the Psychic Tera Type. If you need to change it however, you will need to collect 50 Psychic Tera Shards and change its Tera typing in the Treasure Eatery at Medali Town.
Keep in mind that you'll need to defeat Gym Leader Larry to change Tera types at the Treasure Eatery.
If you have the money for it, you can just buy 26 HP Up (for HP), 26 Calcium (for Sp.Atk), and 1 Iron (for Def). All of these items can be bought at a Chansey Supply shop and it will cost you ₽530,000 in total.
Alternatively, you can use Power Items that you can buy at a Delibird Presents shop for ₽10,000 each. Have your Pokemon hold the respective Power Item while defeating the Pokemon listed below.
