Focus on attacking the Alolan Golem with both of your Pokemon first as it attempts to use Explosion which deals a significant amount of damage to two of your Pokemon during its turn. Having two of your Pokemon attack Golem with its weaknesses will effectively remove its "Focus Sash"!
To counter his team composition, it is recommended to have some Ground and Grass-type Pokemon with their respective STAB moves. However, when he brings out his Eelektross, do not use any Ground Type Moves as it has the ability "Levitate".

Sophie's team is composed of slow, tanky, and heavy-hitting Pokemon. To counter-act this, her Farigiraf has access to Trick Room. Get rid of Farigiraf fast by either using a Bug or Dark-type move!
While Chansey is weak to Fighting types, it is not recommended to bring out one as all of her other Pokemon effectively answer them. Instead, have a Pokemon with a different type learn a Fighting-type move for coverage!
Sophie also has two Bug-type Pokemon that are rather strong, especially her Rabsca that has access to Dazzling Gleam and Earth Power! To deal with this, have a Pokemon perform Rock Slide and have another Pokemon finish off Rabsca (Focus Sash) to win the battle!

Kashif's strategy is to chip down your team with his first pair of Pokemon, Krookodile and Mandibuzz. Krookodile sets up a Sandstorm while Mandibuzz sets up a Toxic and Tailwind. Mandibuzz is immune to the effects of Sandstorm due to its ability "Overcoat"
These hazards, if let be, effectively removes one of your Pokemon from the battle. It is recommended to bring out a Pokemon that is either able to clear out weather conditions through other Weather Moves or has access to Dazzling Gleam to effectively answer the pair's Dark-typing.
Kleavor and Rhyperior, while scary in their own right, can be easily dealt with using a capable Water-type Pokemon to answer their Rock-type weakness. A Grass-type Pokemon may seem tempting to answer Rhyperior, but it has access to a Rindo Berry and Ice Punch!

Mikkel's strategy revolves around using moves such as Earthquake and Boomburst which hit all Pokemon! He leads off with both Flygon and Rabsca with the "Telepathy" Ability to avoid friendly-fire. It is recommended to deal with Rabsca first to avoid letting it set up either Reflect or Light Screen!
Concerning Alomomola's purpose, it is a support for either Flygon or Torkoal, so it cannot hold so much on its own. Leave it for last unless you utilize AOE moves as it has Wide Guard. Torkoal is not that much of a threat unless you do not have an answer for it in the form of Water or Rock types!

Mana's strategy capitalizes on the use of niche but strong abilities. Zangoose holds a Toxic Orb to activate its Toxic Boost, possibly being a threat if you do not have Fighting-type Pokemon.
The real threat in Mana's team is both the Malamar and Meowstic. Mana's Malamar has the ability "Contrary" and knows Superpower, possibly boosting its Attack to massive values. Meowstic then has both Adrenaline Orb and Competitive. It is recommended to bring Bug-type Pokemon to cover most of Mana's weaknesses!
It is recommended to not bring Pokemon with Intimidate since it only strengthens both Malamar and Meowstic to unprecedented levels, with Malamar having boosted Attack and Meowstic having maxed out Special Attack and Speed.

Satoru's team is essentially a Rain Dance Team centered around enabling Kingdra and Tentacruel's abilities. His first pair is Araquanid with Giga Drain and Big Root along with a Tentacruel having Rain Dish and holding a Black Sludge.
The main threat is Kingdra with Swift Swim and Life Orb, as it is a speedy sweeper that can wipe your team if left unchecked with rain. With Alomamola's support through Helping Hand, Kingdra is even more dangerous.
Fast Grass and Electric-types should quickly deal with this team, especially with a well-placed accurate Thunder on Tentacruel and Kingdra during the rain!

Ramona's team is centered around Fighting-type Pokemon! For Hitmontop and Hitmonlee, it is recommended to rely on a Ghost-type Pokemon that knows Psychic-type Moves to get past Hitmontop and Hitmonlee's Fake Out and their lack of coverage.
However, Scrafty is more of a threat here since it knows Crunch and cancels out the Psychic-type Weakness. For this, it is recommended to use a Flying-type Pokemon!

Danyo's Team is composed of a mix of bulky Pokemon that cover their weaknesses found in the caves of Canyon Biome. He leads off with Minior and Magnezone, both immune to Ground-type moves. He then has Wash Rotom) and Golurk as his follow-up Pokemon.
Overall, the strategy of picking them off one by one with strong neutral moves is recommended here. Danyo's Pokemon team has no overall synergy but they are hard to get rid of!

Dana attempts to bait the Trainer into thinking she only uses cutesy Pokemon but she has a fairly balanced team with proper type composition. She leads off with her more cute Pokemon, Cincinno and Whimsicott.
Cincinno has Skill Link and moves that hit up to 5 times, but is easily countered by Fighting-types. Whimsicott mostly sets up, but still has access to Moonblast and Energy Ball; quickly deal with it using a Poison-type Move!
She follows up with more scary Pokemon through Eelektross and Haxorus. Eelektross has no glaring weakness and has access to Rest and Sleep Talk Combo, so hit it with highly damaging neutral moves. Haxorus then can set up with Dragon Dance, so finish it off quickly using Ice or Dragon-type moves!

Tsubasa has a strong team that covers each of their backs through their type compositions. He leads off with Skarmory and Rampardos. Rampardos does not pose a threat, although Skarmory sets up Spikes and that can switch out your Pokemon with Whirlwind. Use a Pokemon that knows Defog!
Afterward, he has Scyther and Electivire as follow-ups. Scyther does not pose that much of a threat, but Electivire has exceptional coverage moves and holds a Shuca Berry. Using a Ground-type is recommended, but keep in mind that it can live through one Ground-type move!

John's team is mostly composed of Psychic-type Pokemon that are cute-looking! A Bug-type Pokemon such as Scizor should make this battle exponentially easier as his team does not cover that typing!
The only problem here is Gothitelle's Shadow Tag and Alcremie's Fairy Typing, so either deal with them quickly or get into a battle of attrition.

Cecilia's team is entirely composed of Flying-type Pokemon. It is fairly easy to deal with Cecilia as you only need a fast Electric-type Pokemon, preferably with Discharge, to deal with them as they do not have countermeasures against Electric-types such as Ground-type moves and Focus Sash

Cindy's team composition follows no gimmicks, but every Pokemon is solidly built. Cindy leads off with Duraludon and Galvantula to set up. Duraludon sets up Screen moves and possibly paralyzes a Pokemon while Galvantula sets up a Sticky Web and Electroweb.
As follow-ups, Golem and Kingdra act as possible sweepers. Golem, with Rock Polish, can outspeed your Pokemon and hit you with Rock STABs. Cindy's version of Kingdra is a bulky kind, running Rest and Sleep Talk!
In general, try to keep on your toes and match the typing compatibility. It is recommended to bring a fast Dragon-type to answer both Duraludon and Kingdra. If available, Defog can remove the preceding set-ups!

Sam's team has two strategies, that of a Snowscape or Surf Team. For Snowscape, both Dewgong and Alolan Sandslash benefit through their abilities.
Dewgong, with Ice Body, effectively regenerates every turn while setting up the snowstorm. Alolan Sandlash, if under a snowstorm, has increased evasion due to Snow Cloak. This essentially makes low accuracy moves nigh impossible to hit.
For the Surf Team, Lanturn and Lapras co-exist together. Since they both have Water Absorb, Surf essentially heals both of them. Bring a Fighting-type for the first half, then a Grass-type for the second half!

Hank's team is centered around removing Slaking's Truant using Smeargle's Doodle. It is best to send out fast Fighting-type Pokemon, optimally one with Mach Punch for priority, and quickly deal with Smeargle before it gets the chance to use Doodle to remove Truant!
After this combo has been snuffed out, swap your Fighting-type Pokemon for a Poison-type that optimally knows Toxic to counter both Blissey and Comfey!

Theo's team does not have a set strategy but makes up for it through proper itemization! Notable Pokemon are Krookodile and Golurk. Krookodile has access to Focus Sash and Counter combo to essentially take out any sweeper, so pace out your attacks!
Golurk has access to Weakness Policy, so if you do not have the means to faint it in one go with a super-effective move, you are in for a rough time.
Overall, properly play around your type advantages while pacing and looking out for their respective items and you will easily best Theo!
Defeating League Club Trainers give you a lot of Poke Dollars as a reward. If you have a Pokemon with an Amulet Coin equipped, you can double the money you earn further after battles!
