Once you're done talking to Perrin, head to Area Zero and look for the place Perrin showed you in the picture to reach Iron Boulder.

You can follow these steps to get there faster:

  2. Exit the research station.
  3. Go straight and jump down to the level beneath.
  4. Iron Boulder should be a level down just below Research Station 2.
  5. Approach it, then press A to attempt to catch it.
