Best Order to Complete Each Path

Best Order to Complete Each Path
Path of Legends →/= Victory Road Starfall Street

Start off with Path of Legends Before Mixing in the Other Stories To Quickly Unlock Ride Abilities

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV Path of Legends

We recommend starting out on the Path of Legends first because it lets you explore the Paldea region more easily. This means you will have more chances to meet and catch Pokemon you have never seen before. You will even have the opportunity to get Pokemon with different Tera types which can make battles easier on the other paths!

While the Titan Pokemon players encounter in Path of Legends are bigger and stronger than their regular counterparts, they cannot unfortunately be caught in this form. After defeating a Titan Pokemon, however, they will be back in their regular non Titan size the next time you return to the area. You are then able to catch them.

How To Catch Titan Pokemon

Get the Exclusive Titan Mark

Pokemon that were previously Titan Pokemon will also have a special Mark, along with in game battle text denoting that they were previously Titan Pokemon. If you do capture them or accidentally defeat them a second time, the Titan Pokemon will no longer appear in the area however, so choose wisely.

Path of Legends Storyline and New Features

Do Victory Road Together with Path of Legends for Smooth Story Progression

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV Victory Road

After taking down a Titan or two, we recommend you then do Victory Road and Path of Legends simultaneously, as this appears to be how the map and game layout was intentionally designed by the developers. If you progress too far in one or the other, you will eventually hit a road block whether it be in the form of movement restrictions or level limits.

Rare Tera Raids Will be Unlocked

Rare 4 star Ditto Pokemon SV
As you progress on Victory road, more powerful Pokemon will obey you and you will even begin to see rarer more powerful Pokemon in Tera Raids that you did not previously.

Victory Road Storyline and New Features

Do Starfall Street last as the Rewards are Fewer and the Final Two Bosses are Difficult

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV Starfall Street

After Victory Road and Path of Legends, we recommend doing Starfall Street. Assuming that you caught plenty of Pokemon in Path of Legends, and strengthened your Pokemon through Victory Road, you can then test them in Pokemon battles against Team Star.

The two final Team Star Bases are quite high leveled so it should prove a good challenge, even for a newly crowned Champion. It is also a requirement to complete this story line in addition to the other 2 in order to unlock the post-game story.
