Fly to South Province (Area Five) and Make a Sparkling Power Sandwich

Fly to the South Province (Area Five) Pokemon Center and turn off auto-save. Save your game and create a Sandwich with Sparkling Power: Ground and Encounter Power: Ground.

From the Pokemon Center, travel east and keep climbing uphill until you get to the swamp. Thanks to the Sparkling Sandwich you made, plenty of Paldean Wooper will then start spawning in the area.

Despawn and Respawn Pokemon in the Area

Roam around the area to despawn and respawn the Paldean Woopers until a shiny appears. Alternatively, you can set up a picnic and pack it up again to respawn a new set of Paldean Woopers. Keep doing either of the two method until you find a Shiny Paldean Wooper.

Shiny Paldean Wooper is Lavender Instead of Brown

Instead of brown, a shiny Paldean Wooper will be lavender in color. It can be a little difficult to find this Shiny because of its size and color so make sure to keep your eyes peeled.

Once you have all the ingredients, save your game and set up a picnic. Interact with the table and create the Shiny sandwich in "Creative Mode". From this point forward in the shiny hunting process, you are not to save your game anymore. This is to ensure that the Herba Mystica you used for your sandwich won't be put to waste in case you didn't get a Shiny Paldean Wooper.
