Summary

Pokeball IconGround type Special Attacker which can buff itself with Calm Mind.

Pokeball IconImmunity from Ghost and Electric Type attacks

Pokeball IconWorks well with Koraidon and other Past Paradox Pokemon

The best ability for Bloodmoon Ursaluna in Tera Raid Battles is Mind's Eye. This lets it hit Ghost Type Pokemon with Tera Blast without the need to Terastallize.

It having access to Calm Mind makes it an amazing set up attacker that can be used to handle almost any Tera Raid thanks to its bulk.

Mud Shot is used in this build in order for Ursaluna to help out the team by lowering the Raid Boss' Speed, this can help out allies who would prefer to heal before being attacked by a raid boss with their healing moves or Shell Bell.

Best Tera Type

We also recommend getting a Bloodmoon Ursaluna with a Ground Tera Type to make Earth Power and Mud Shot hit as hard as they can. As a Special Attacker, Modest nature would be best.
Best Tera Types: Best Pokemon to Terastallize

EV Spread Explanation

Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards Bulky Offense. Max out your HP and Sp. Atk EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Special Defense. Give it Shell Bell to keep Ursaluna healthy as it attacks.

Tera Raid Strategy

Bloodmoon Ursaluna Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turns 1~3 Use Calm Mind to buff your Sp. Atk and Sp. Def.
Low HP Turns Use Earth Power or Mud Shot to restore HP with your Shell Bell. Use Moonlight instead if you're under 50%.
Turns 4~6 Keep using Calm Mind to keep raising your stats when the raid boss resets it.
Turns 7+ Once you are satisfied with your Sp. Atk. stat, you can now start attacking with Earth Power or Mud Shot. Terastallize when you need to.

This build capitalizes on Ursaluna's high Speecial Attack stat combined with its bulk to beat over almost any Tera Raid. With access to Calm Mind, this only emphasizes Ursaluna's tankiness.

Earth Power is used predominantly during the Tera Orb charging process. But you can also use Mud Shot if you need to conserve PP. Once Terastallized, Ursaluna can then use either move to their best potential.

The best ability for Bloodmoon Ursaluna in Tera Raid Battles is Mind's Eye. This lets it hit Ghost Type Pokemon with its Normal type moves making it better as a General attacker as it is now only resisted by Rock and Steel.

It having access to Calm Mind makes it an amazing set up attacker that can be used to handle alamost any Tera Raid thanks to its bulk and access to hard hitting moves like Blood Moon and Hyper Voice.

Best Tera Type

We also recommend getting a Bloodmoon Ursaluna with a Normal Tera Type to make Blood Moon and Hyper Voice hit as hard as they can due to the fact that Normal isn't super effective against any Pokemon

As a Special Attacker, Modest nature would be best.
