Starmobile Team Star Pokemon SV
The Team Star Bosses have their own unique Starmobiles that they will use against you during the initial Starfall Street quest line in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on to learn more about the Starmobile types, abilities, moves and more!

What are Starmobiles?

Starmobiles are modified Revavrooms that each of the Team Star Bosses use. From its outward appearance, we can see the main body is made up of a single Revavroom, with multiple attachments and modifications, as well as Varooms attached as wheels at the back.

From the Team Star Bosses' conversations, we find out that the Revavrooms were created through the combined effort of Team Star, with Ortega providing the materials, and Mela evolving the Charcadet to serve as the Starmobile's energy source.

Ability Effect
Intimidate The user lower's the opponent's Attack by one stage whenever it enters the battlefield.

Giacomo's Starmobile has the ability Intimidate, so be careful in using Pokemon that use Physical attacks since it can drag the battle for longer if your Attack gets lowered. Opt instead for Special Attackers such as Sylveon or Lucario.

Segin Starmobile Info

Giacomo's Dark Starmobile is outfitted with speakers, neon lights, colorful decals, and disco balls by his side. Giacomo is implied to be good at technology, with a passion for music, which is most likely why his Starmobile looks like the interior of a Disco

How to Beat Schedar Starmobile

Ability Effect
Speed Boost Increases the user's Speed by one stage at the end of each turn.

Mela's Starmobile has the ability Speed Boost, which means it will become faster every turn, eventually outspeeding all your Pokemon. Fighting the Starmobile after Torkoal also means that there will be harsh sunlight thanks to Torkoal's Drought, so use Ground or Rock Type moves instead of Water to avoid the damage reduction and finish the battle quickly with super-effective moves!

Schedar Starmobile Info

Mela's signature fiery look can be seen on her Fire Starmobile as well. Her Fire Starmobile sports a combination of Red and Gold colors, with fire streak decals on both sides.

How to Beat Navi Starmobile

Ability Effect
Toxic Debris When hit by a physical move, the Pokemon scatters Toxic Spikes in the opposing field. The effect can activate a maximum of two times.

Atticus' Starmobile has the ability Toxic Debris, which scatters toxic spikes on your side of the field when hit by a Physical move. Avoid this by hitting the Starmobile with super effective Ground or Psychic Special Attacks, and using Flying-type Pokemon or Pokemon with Levitate which won't be affected by Toxic Spikes.

Navi Starmobile Info

Atticus' Starmobile sports a pink and violet color, with splashes of green on both sides. Since Atticus is a Poison type specialist, the design on his Starmobile gives off the effect of corroding metal.

How to Beat Ruchbah Starmobile

Ability Effect
Misty Surge The user applies Misty Terrain to the battlefield for five turns when it enters a battle.

Ortega's Starmobile has the ability Misty Surge, which it uses to power up its Mystical Torque, as well as a setup for Steel Roller, a move which fails if there is no terrain present. To avoid this, use Pokemon that are not weak against Steel Type moves, so that Ortega's Starmobile will be forced to use either Magical Torque instead.

Ruchbah Starmobile Info

Ortega's Fairy Starmobile may not be as flashy as the other Starmobiles, but her light pink Starmobile perfectly captures Ortega's elegant appearance. Aside from the usual modifications seen across all Starmobiles, the only notable design the Fairy Starmobile has are the pink polka dots that can be seen on both sides.

How to Beat Caph Starmobile

Ability Effect
Stamina Increases the user's Defense by one stage each time it gets hit by an attack.

Eri's Starmobile has the ability Stamina which increases its Defense by one stage each time it is hit by an attack. It also knows the move Shift Gear, a move which raises its Attack by one stage, as well as its Speed by two stages. Avoid dragging the battle out and allowing the Caph Starmobile to get too many boosts, by using Physical Pokemon, and opt to use Special Attackers instead to knock out the Starmobile faster.

Caph Starmobile Info

Eri's Starmobile looks a bit more rugged compared to the other Starmobiles, sporting metallic features all around, with the only design being the neon green highlights around the edges.
