Your Perrserker should have the hidden ability, Steely Spirit, which increases the damage of the user and their allies' Steel-type moves by 50%.
It's a valid strategy for you and your friends to all bring Perrserkers holding Metal Coats and have them spam Iron Head during a Tera Raid. You will all massively buff each other's attacks because of the Steely Spirit hidden ability.
Also, Perrserker does great as a Steel Tera Type because terastallization boosts the power of its Iron Head move. As a Physical Attacker, it's best to give it an Adamant nature.
When you're playing with Pokemon trainers without Perrserkers of their own, start with Taunt to prevent the enemy from using moves that inflict a status condition. This will also prevent the opposing Pokemon from using moves that increase their stats or lower your team's. Terastallize Perrserker, then attack the enemy with Iron Head. One hit should either heavily damage most Tera Pokemon or outright make them faint.
If you're playing as support instead, use Screech and Helping Hand to both lower the enemy's defense and boost the attack power of your allies.

You can get a Perrserker by evolving it from the Galarian Meowth your languages teacher Mr. Salvatore will give you once you've completed all of his friendship events.
To evolve Galarian Meowth, simply level it up to Lv. 28 so it evolves into a Perrserker.
Teacher Friendship Events, Quests, and Rewards

If your Perrserker has a different nature, you can use an Adamant Mint to change its nature to Adamant.
The easiest way to get the mint is by buying it from the Chansey Supply shop at Mesagoza for ₽20,000.
How to Change a Pokemon's Nature

If your Perrserker's hidden ability is different from our recommendation, you can use an Ability Patch to change it.
You can obtain the Ability Patch as a reward for completing the Academy Ace Tournament. The Academy Ace Tournament is unlocked after completing the game and defeating all 8 Gym Leaders in a rematch.
Afterward, you can obtain this item as a random drop after completing 6-Star Tera Raid Battles, which are found in Black Crystal Tera Raids. These should be unlocked once you're done with the Academy Ace Tournament and completed 8 to 10 four or five-star Tera Raids. Jacq will give you a call to confirm this.
Ability Patch Location and How to Get

If you have the money for it, you can buy 26 HP Up, 26 Protein, and a Zinc. All of these items can be bought at a Chansey Supply shop and will cost you ₽530,000 in total.
Alternatively, you can use Power Items that you can buy at a Delibird Presents shop for ₽10,000 each. Have your Pokemon hold the respective Power Item while defeating the Pokemon listed below.

After EV training your Perrserker, head to Montenevera and talk to the man with an Abomasnow near the Pokemon Center. He will hyper train your Pokemon using Bottle Caps.
A Bottle Cap can be bought at the Delibird Presents shops for ₽20,000 after getting 6 Gym Badges. 1 Bottle Cap is needed for each stat that will be maxed out.

Next, level Perrserker up to 100 to maximize its stats. The easiest way to do this is by farming Exp candies from Tera Raid Battles.

Lastly, have your Perrserker hold a Metal Coat item. You can get the Metal Coat from the Delibird Presents shop in Levincia for ₽3,000.

Perrserker learns Taunt at Lv. 20, Iron Head at Lv. 28, and Screech at Lv. 36. If you don't have these moves, you can make Perrserker remember them by going to the "Moves and Stats" menu and pressing the A button.
Meanwhile, you can get the Helping Hand move from TMs. Check out the table below to see where you can get the TM and the materials needed to craft it.
