You can unlock the Charizard pose emote by going to the School Store in Blueberry Academy and talking to the boy with The very mightiest! dialogue box.
He will ask you to show him a Pokemon that has the Mightiest Mark. Just pick any Pokemon in your party that has the Mightiest Mark and you will get the Charizard pose emote.
You can get the Mightiest Mark by either catching a 7-Star Tera Raid Pokemon or use a Mew to defeat the 7-Star Mewtwo Raid

In Classroom 3-2 in Blueberry Academy, there will be a boy telling you to Stay away! Talk to him and pick all the right answers to get the emote.
This emote takes inspiration from chuunibyou characters that can be found in some animes. They are characters who usually have delusions that they have a secret power within them.

Go to Coastal Biome's beach and you will see a girl shouting Alola, friend! Interact with her and she will ask you to show her an Alolan Golem. If you manage to show her an Alolan Golem, she will give you the Electrium Z emote.
Alolan Graveler will evolve into Alolan Golem when traded to another player.
To receive your own Alolan Golem, you can send your Alolan Graveler to another person, and then ask them to give it back to you after it has evolved.

You can get the Hasta La Vistar! emote after completing the Team Star Secret Tutor Quest which can be unlocked by beating the Indigo Disk DLC story. You can use this to greet other players in Union Circles.
Team Star Secret Tutor Quest Answers and Outfit Rewards
You can get the Glow Stick Dance Emote by finishing the Indigo Disk DLC storyline and going to Porto Marinada to participate on Atticus' auction. You must win all of the items in his auction to get the emote.
The color of the glow stick changes every time you use this emote. The glow stick color rotation is: Red > Blue > Green > Yellow > Purple > Orange > White > Cyan > Teal > Pink.
It is generally recommended to have a lot of money on your pocket if you want to win all of the items in the auction.

To get the Moved to Tears Emote, you need to finish Indigo Disk DLC story and unlock the Special Coaches feature in the Support Board.
Invite Hassel as a Special Coach and win against him to get this emote.
Mr. Hassel Friendship Events and Interactions
To get the Aye-Aye, Cap'n Emote, you need to finish Indigo Disk DLC story and unlock the Special Coaches feature in the Support Board.
You need to invite Miriam and win against her in battle to unlock this emote.

To get the Finger Heart Emote, you need to finish Indigo Disk DLC story and unlock the Special Coaches feature in the Support Board.
