The Powerhouse Pokemon Outbreak event featuring Larvitar, Bagon, Goomy, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Beldum is now over. The evenr ran from August 23, 2024 to September 1, 2024.

All Pokemon featured in this outbreak had a boosted chance of being Shiny and a chance to get the Charismatic Mark, and ran alongside the Mightiest Mark Dragonite Tera Raid!

Mass Outbreak Locations

The Order Up Outbreak Event will be held in all three maps in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Larvitar and Bagon will appear in Paldea, Goomy and Hisuian Sliggoo will appear in Kitakami, and Beldum will appear in the Terarium.

This means that only those that have purchased the DLC have access to the Goomy, Sligoo, Goomy, and Beldum outbreaks.

Goomy, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Beldum Locked Behind Base Game and Teal Mask Post-Game

The Goomy, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Beldum outbreaks will only appear in The Indigo Disk's Terarium, which is only accessible if you have finished both the base game and The Teal Mask's stories.

That means that if you want to hunt for a Shiny Goomy, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Beldum, you need to finish both the base game and The Teal Mask.

The Powerhouse Pokemon Outbreak Event features boosted Shiny encounter rates. You can further boost your chances of getting Shinies for all featured Pokemon with a Level 3 Sparking Power: Rock, Ground, Dragon, Steel, and or Psychic sandwiches!

To join this mass outbreak event, you needed to connect your game to the Internet to update the game data. Once done, Larvitar, Bagon, Goomy, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Beldum should start appearing on your map!

To connect to the Internet, simply press the X button to open the menu and press the L button to connect to the Internet.

Pokemon Can Have the Pumped-Up Mark

During the Mass Outbreak Event, Larvitar, Bagon, Goomy, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Beldum caught have a higher than usual chance of having the Charismatic Mark, conferring upon them the "the Radiant" Title when used in battles.

Stock up on Sandwiches and Poke Balls to help you catch a Pokemon with the mark you want!

1 in 20 Chance of Getting Pumped-Up Mark

There is around a 1 in 20 or a 5% chance for the Charismatic Mark to appear on a Pokemon in this Mass Outbreak Event!

Mark Charm May Increase Chance of Getting Marked Pokemon

The Indigo Disk DLC has added the Mark Charm item in the game, which raises the chance of encountering marked wild Pokemon. It is likely that this will also increase the chance of encountering marked Pokemon during the event.

To get the Mark Charm, you need to register all Pokemon appearing in the Blueberry Pokedex.
