From December 6 to December 12, 2024, Wooper will appear in Kitakami at an increased spawn rate with a high chance of appearing with a Absent-Minded Mark!
This event will build up to the release of Shiny Rayquaza's Tera Raid Event, which will be held from December 20, 2024 to January 5, 2025.
Mass Outbreak Events Schedule and Pokemon
Wooper's Mass Outbreak Event will be held in Kitakami, which means that only those that have purchased the DLC, which includes The Teal Mask content, will have access to this Mass Outbreak.
To join this mass outbreak event, you need to connect your game to the Internet to update the game data. Once done, Wooper Mass Outbreaks should start appearing in Kitakami!
To connect to the Internet, simply press the X button to open the menu and press the L button to connect to the Internet.
During the Mass Outbreak Event, Wooper caught have a higher than usual chance of having the Absent-Minded Mark, conferring upon them the "the Spacey" Title when used in battles.
Stock up on Sandwiches and Poke Balls to help you catch a Pokemon with the mark you want!
There is around a 1 in 20 or a 5% chance for the Absent-Minded Mark to appear on a Pokemon in this Mass Outbreak Event!
The Indigo Disk DLC has added the Mark Charm item in the game, which raises the chance of encountering marked wild Pokemon. It is likely that this will also increase the chance of encountering marked Pokemon during the event.
To get the Mark Charm, you need to register all Pokemon appearing in the Blueberry Pokedex.
