The special Unrivaled Samurott Event was a 7-Star Tera Raid against Samurott with a Bug Tera Type. The second round of 7-Star Raids is now over, concluding on April 9th, 23:59 UTC.
The Unrivaled Samurott ran a Physical attacking set, dealing devastating damage with a tera-boosted Megahorn, and Aqua Cutter as its STAB Water-type move. The raid Samurott also used Focus Energy at the start, making succeeding attacks have a higher critical hit ratio.

#1 | Screech |
Instruct
(on Koraidon) |
Go All Out! Cheer | Flare Blitz |
At the start of the raid, Koraidon should use Screech to lower Samurott's Def stat by two stages. By using Koraidon as the team's Screech user, Orichalcum Pulse should activate, providing a Sun boost to Flare Blitz later on.
Oranguru should use Instruct on Koraidon, to have it use Screech on Samurott again. Oranguru should also be holding a Choice Band, which will get passed to Flareon later on via Symbiosis once Weakness Policy gets consumed.
Stonjourner should then use the Go All Out! Cheer to maximize the team's damage. Stonjourner's Ability Power Spot should also passively boost Flareon's damage.
Assuming that Samurott attacks Flareon with a Water-type move, Weakness Policy should activate, raising Flareon's Attack by two stages. Once the team's setup is complete, Flareon should use Flare Blitz to defeat Samurott in one hit.

Flare Blitz (+2 Atk, Choice Band) 14,570 ~ 17,144 (125.7 ~ 147.9%) |
This team strategy made use of Paldean Tauros' ability Anger Point, and designated supports to deal the highest possible damage on the first turn.

At the start of the raid, Koraidon should use Helping Hand to boost Tauros' damage. By using Koraidon as the team's Helping Hand user, Orichalcum Pulse should activate, providing a Sun boost to Flare Blitz later on.
Meowscarada should use Flower Trick on Tauros, to activate Anger Point. Meowscarada should also be holding a Focus Sash, which will allow it to survive despite being 4x weak to Megahorn.
Stonjourner should then use the Go All Out! Cheer to maximize the team's damage. Stonjourner's Ability Power Spot should also passively boost Tauros' damage.
Tauros should be given a Choice Band, to further boost the damage of Flare Blitz. Once the team's setup is complete, Flareon should use Flare Blitz to defeat Samurott in one hit.

Flare Blitz (+6 Atk, Choice Band) 12,804 ~ 15,066 (110.5 ~ 130%) |

Florges should then use Helping Hand to boost Chi-Yu's damage. Florges should also be holding Choice Specs, which will get passed to Chi-Yu later on via Symbiosis once Weakness Policy gets consumed.
Chi-Yu should be given Weakness Policy, to raise its Sp. Atk by two stages after being hit with Low Kick. Once the team's setup is complete, Chi-Yu should use Overheat to defeat Samurott in one hit.

Annihilape's screech won't work because accuracy is rigged in tera raids and it will miss most of the time.
