With the upcoming Pokemon Day and Presents ahead, it is possible that a special Tera Raid Event will be released in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV)! Learn the likely start and end date of this Tera Raid Event, which Pokemon could be featured, and other predictions!

Rewards	7-Star Kanto Starter Up For Grabs Defeat the "Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise the Unrivaled" in a Black Crystal Tera Raid during the event and you'll get a Kanto Starter with the Mightiest Mark.
Unlock Requirements	Unlock 6-Star Tera Raid Battles to Participate To do this, you'll need to complete the Academy Ace Tournament, then do 8-10 4-Star or 5-Star Raids until you get a call from Jacq.

This year's Pokemon Presents surprised all Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) Players by giving three back to back Tera Raid Events. These Raid Events feature the Pokemon, Venusaur, Blastoise, and the return of Charizard from 2022!

Events Will Last for Two and a Half Weeks Consecuutively!

All dates and times are displayed in current local time.

It is possible the Raid will be released directly after the Pokemon Presents and run for two consecutive weeks similar to the Iron Leaves and Walking Wake Tera Raid Event or on March 1, 2024 (00:00 UTC) and run until March 4th, 2024 (23:59 UTC) similar to the other Tera Raid events.

Due to the nature of the Raids of having Tera Types that cover their weakness or have weaknesses where their attacking types are Super-Effective against. It wouldn't be a bad idea to prepare Pokemon that would make for great attackers or support.

Try to have Pokemon that are resist the Attacking moves of the Raid Boss but can still hit for Super-Effective damage on their Tera Type! Make sure to use Pokemon who deal more damage on the weaker defense stat of each Raid Boss.

How to Join 7-Star Raid Events

Unlock 6-Star Tera Raids to Participate

Empoleon normally cannot be found in Paldea, making the 7-Star Event Empoleon quite the catch, but you have to fight it in a Black Crystal Tera Raid.

These raids are tough, so trainers will have to prepare in advance. It's also recommended to complete the post-game before you participate. Players who are in earlier points of the game can still join via Link Code, but it is highly discouraged since these 7-Star raids will be extremely difficult.

Black Tera Raids vs. Normal Tera Raids

Remember that Black Tera Raid symbols on the map do not come in any other color except black. Meanwhile, normal Tera Raid symbols are colored according to the Tera Type of the Pokemon in them.

When you're looking for the Tera Raid with the 7-Star Empoleon, keep your eyes peeled for a Black Tera Raid symbol on the map with the Ice-type icon.
