Shield Up and Stat Resets

Move Condition
Shield Up 4/5 HP Remaining or 3/4 Time Remaing
Player Stat Reset 4/5 HP Remaining
Boss Stat Reset 3/4 and 1/2 Time Remaining

Trick Room (Dialga), Gravity (Palkia)
on Turn 0

At the start of the raid, Dialga will immediately use Trick Room and Palkia will use Gravity.

This makes it so that Dialga can better utilize its Quiet nature's lower Speed stat and Palkia is more accurate with Thunder, Fire Blast, and Hydro Pump.

Stealth Rock (Dialga), Rain Dance (Palkia)
after Turn 1

Dialga will set up Stealth Rocks after the first turn, punishing any strategies that rely on your Pokemon fainting to reset their HP. This is especially bad for Ice-types that will take extra damage from Stealth Rocks.

Palkia on the other hand will use Rain Dance, which makes Thunder 100% accurate and it will also boost the damage of Hydro Pump. On the bright side, if ever Palkia uses Fire Blast, its damage will be halved.

Iron Defense (Dialga), Rain Dance (Palkia)
at 50% HP

Once it gets down to half HP, Dialga will use Iron Defense and Palkia will reset the Rain.

This makes Dialga more resistant to physical attackers, while Palkia's damage will increase again and Thunder will be fully accurate again since Gravity is gone.
