Form Change Items are special Key Items that allow you to change a Pokemon's forms. These items are unequippable and are accessed in the Key Items part of your bag.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) - Special Auctions

Form Change Items are available from the special vendor at Porto Marinada Auctions and only appears when you have the Pokemon that requires a Form Change Item in your party or boxes.
