Form Change Items are special Items that allow players to change a Pokemon's form in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on for a list of all Form Change Items and their effects and where to get them.

Form Change Items are special Key Items that allow you to change a Pokemon's forms. These items are unequippable and are accessed in the Key Items part of your bag.
Form Change Items are available from the special vendor at Porto Marinada Auctions and only appears when you have the Pokemon that requires a Form Change Item in your party or boxes.
If the merchant doesn't sell any items, make sure to change the date on your Switch's system to refresh their inventory.
