The Mass Outbreak Event featuring Eevee has now ended! Players were able to encounter Eevee in both the Paldea and Kitakami regions at an increased spawn rate with its special Mass Outbreak Event!
Eevees encountered at these Mass Outbreaks in Paldea had a boosted chance of having the Jittery, Intense, Intellectual, and Flustered Marks, while Eevees encountered in the Kitakami region had a boosted chance of having the Rowdy, Excited, Calmness, and Unsure Marks!

During the Mass Outbreak Event, Eevees caught in Paldea have a higher than usual chance of having a Jittery, Intense, Intellectual, or Flustered Mark, while Eevees caught in Kitakami have a higher than usual chance of having a Rowdy, Excited, Calmness, or Unsure Mark.
Stock up on Sandwiches and Pokeballs to help you catch an Eevee with the mark you want!
Based on our testing, it seems that there is a 1 in 20, or roughly a 5% chance to catch an Eevee with a Mark.

Since Mass Outbreaks feature increased spawn rates of a specific Pokemon, this is a good time to hunt for a Shiny Variant of Eevee!
Make and consume Sparkling Power Sandwiches, and use the Picnic Reset Method to make your shiny hunt easier!
Shiny Hunting Guide and Shiny Odds
While Eevee can be caught normally during the events of the base game, players can catch one earlier due to the mass outbreak.
This can be very helpful for players who are looking to add Eevee and its evolutions to their collection early on, to use in either Tera Raids or Online Battles.
The Eevee Mass Outbreak Event is available in both Paldea and Kitakami.
This means that players that have not purchased The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC and have no access to Kitakami will still be able to catch Eevees, but will be gated from catching those with Marks that are exclusive to Eevee found in Kitakami.
The following Poke Balls are the best ones that fit Eevee's or one of its evolution's designs.
