Give Gligar a Razor Fang and Level Up at Night

Gligar needs to be holding a Razor Fang in order to evolve into Gliscor. You can get a Razor Fang as a reward from the Ogre Oustin' minigame.

You can level up Gligar using Exp. Candies, a Rare Candy, or by battling other Pokemon. Make sure to do this at night. You can check if it's nighttime by seeing if the outside environment is dark or by looking at your Rotom Phone's screen. A dark purple icon with a moon and stars should be at the top.
