A special anniversary Pikachu and birthday Flabebe with the move Celebrate can be redeemed from Pokemon Centers in Japan via Mystery Gift in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV)! Read on to learn about this distribution and more!

Serial Codes were distributed to players who visited Pokemon Centers and Pokemon Stores in Japan from April 22 to June 30, 2023 for the Celebrate Pikachu Mystery Gift.
The codes are unique, and can only be used once.
As part of the annual Pokemon Center Birthday distribution in Japan, from November 2022 to October 2023, if you visit a Pokemon Center during your birth month, you can receive a random Flabebe with Celebrate as a Mystery Gift for your Pokemon Scarlet or Violet game.
Once you have your code, you can redeem your Pikachu by selecting Get via Code/Password in the Poke Portal in Pokemon Scarlet or Violet.
