Defeat 5 Trainers around South Province (Area Four) to receive a Rocky Helmet from the Battle League Rep at a watch tower in the area.

Unfortunately, there are no Pokemon Centers in this area. We recommend coming from either the Los Platos Pokemon Center, or from the South Province(Area Two) Pokemon Center.

After your first visit to this watch tower, you'll be able to fast travel right back to it!
