An Ice Stone can be found north of the Pokemon Center in Dalizapa Passage, at the eastern end of West Province (Area Three) and north of Zapapico.

Reward in Snow Slope Run Minigame

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) - Ice Stone being rewarded for clearing the Blizzard Course

An Ice Stone can be obtained as a reward for clearing the Blizzard Course of Snow Slope Run for the first time ontop of Glaseado.

The Snow Slope Run minigame is available after clearing Glaseado's Gym Battle, and the Blizzard Course is unlocked after clearing the Powder Snow Course.
