Players who get either Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet early during its global release will be granted a very special Pikachu that cannot be obtained normally within the game!
This Pikachu knows the move Fly, and has Flying as its Tera Type. For more details on what this means, check our guide on the new Terastal Feature.
The gifted Pikachu can be obtained through the Get via Internet option in the Mystery Gift feature, and it can only be obtained for a limited time.

As a bonus for ordering either the physical or digital version of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Double Pack, you will receive a serial code for 200 Poke Balls that are useable in-game.
There doesn't seem to be any specific deadline for this bonus, so all players who purchase the Double Pack at any time should be able to redeem it with no expiration date.
A Scarlet & Violet Edition of the Switch OLED was released last November 4, 2022 in various retailers worldwide.
This Switch OLED features new designs, but contains no new features when compared to the regular Switch OLED.
