Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are with a midnight local release, just like previous Pokemon games. This means the game will be available to play when the clock strikes midnight in your area.
Unlike a worldwide release, in which people around the world will all gain access at the same time, a local time release means that players in eastern time zones will be able to play the game earlier.
Players with accounts from regions near the top of this list are able to play the game earlier than those near the bottom. Note that all United States players will likely be able to start at midnight Eastern Time, so players in western time zones in the US should be able to start earlier than midnight.
