Familiar Titles
Borderlands 4

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $69.99 | $48.99 (30% off) |
Borderlands 4 is the newest entry in the acclaimed looter-shooter Borderlands series, set on the planet of Kairos, where the ruthless Timekeeper rules with an iron fist. With the planet’s apocalypse on the horizon, perhaps it's up to you and your squad to stage a revolution to end the threat once and for all. Wield unique guns and powerful Action skills, customize your build to your playstyle, and become unstoppable in this quirky, adrenaline-pumping action game.
The latest mainline entry improved upon all its predecessors' faults, culminating in a fun, engaging, and visually appealing title. While it faced a rocky release with several performance bugs here and there, patches and updates have helped smooth out its creases. At 30% off, this is a pretty good steal for hours and hours of looter-shooter gameplay.
Digimon Story: Time Stranger

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $69.99 | $48.99 (30% off) |
Digimon Story: Time Stranger is the seventh installment in the long-running Digimon Story series. In this entry, players follow protagonist ADAMAS agent Dan Yuki or Kanan Yuki (depending on the selected gender for the character), whose job is to investigate anomalous phenomena. One of these incidents causes them to time-travel back eight years into the past, and soon they find themselves in the middle of preventing the world’s approaching doom. The past and the future, the human and the Digital worlds, and the connection between humans and Digimon—all of them become central in their mission, and they must get to the bottom of it all before it’s too late.
It may very well be one of the strongest JRPGs to launch in 2025, both for longtime Digimon fans and those wanting to step into the franchise. Deep gameplay mechanics, rewarding and exciting turn-based combat, stunning audiovisuals, and a decent narrative that ties it all together—what's not to love?
Code Vein 2

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $69.99 | $52.49 (25% off) |
Code Vein 2 is the next soulslike entry in the franchise after 2019's Code Vein, where players embark on a journey across eras. In a future where humanity and the Revenants coexist, a threat known as the Luna Rapacis poses danger to the delicate balance of the world, transforming the Revenants into mindless creatures called Horrors. This tale across time tasks players, as Revenant hunters, to travel back in time and put a stop to the world’s inevitable collapse.
Coming on the heels of its predecessor, Code Vein 2 keeps the series’ core gameplay elements and makes them even better, such as better AI companions and a more fleshed-out build system. Fans will feel right at home with this next mainline entry.
Solasta II

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $39.99 | $35.99 (10% off) |
Solasta 2 is the grand sequel to Solasta: Crown of the Magister, taking players to the distant island of Neokos, where a longtime family legacy spurs the protagonists to its origin. Along the way, they get tied up with an ancient evil named Shadwyn…and suddenly, these unlikely heroes find themselves rolled into something bigger than themselves. Their choices can affect the impending doom—will they emerge victorious, or will the corruption win this time around?
A more recent release compared to the other titles in this article, Solasta 2 appears to have solid potential. It’s got it all—a compelling narrative, deep customization systems, fully voiced protagonists, and faithfulness to its source material, the D&D tabletop. It may be in Early Access, but it might just have the chops to fill the gap that Baldur’s Gate 3 left three years ago if they continue to play their cards right.
Indie Darlings
Cairn

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $29.99 | $23.99 (20% off) |
Cairn is a survival-climber game where players take on the role of pro-climber Aava, whose goal is to ascend to the summit of Mount Kami, a mountain peak that has never been conquered before. Along the way, she discovers traces of fellow adventurers who have attempted the climb themselves…and uncovers more about her own complexes, stories, and ambitions. Its gameplay features physics-based controls where Aava’s limbs are controlled one by one, as well as having survival elements such as managing resources, such as food, water, and climbing supplies.
With its unforgettable story, gorgeous visuals, and unique, tactile climbing mechanics, Cairn is a hidden gem that’s sure to stay with you even after the credits roll.
Mewgenics

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $29.99 | $26.99 (10% off) |
From the creators of The Binding of Isaac and The End is Nigh comes a new roguelike called Mewgenics, where tactical cat-breeding and sending these special cats out on challenging, turn-based adventures is the name of the game. Build the ultimate cat army in the comfort of Boon County, drafting abilities, collecting odds and ends, and making the best cats a (crazy) cat lady would love.
Complex and intriguing mechanics, challenging gameplay, all wrapped up with unique and stylized audiovisuals and a heavy splash of dark toilet humor, and you’ve got yourself Mewgenics. While not as big of a discount, its content is worth justifying its price tag.
StarRupture

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $19.99 | $15.99 (20% off) |
StarRupture is a first-person open-world title that focuses on base-building, exploration, and combat. Set on a distant alien planet called Arcadia-7, you play as one of four exiled criminals (or all four, if playing with up to three other friends in co-op) forced to work under the government and to scout the planet and see if it is habitable for humanity. While there, they are also tasked to research its resources and materials. Live, explore, extract—this is the only way to get your freedom back. Or so they say.
It may still be a little rough around the edges because of its Early Access state, but it’s got a solid foundation. If you’re a big fan of games like No Man’s Sky and Satisfactory and perhaps want something a little more casual, then StarRupture might just be right up your alley.
Timberborn

| Original Price | Discounted Price |
|---|---|
| $34.99 | $27.99 (20% off) |
Timberborn is a sandbox city-building game set in a world where humans have long perished, and certain species have adapted and evolved. As an intelligent (and adorable) beaver from either the Folktails or the Iron Teeth, build your own technologically advanced utopian beaver city as the beaverfolk’s last bastion for survival.
Put beavers and Factorio together, and you’ve got yourself Timberborn. It’s got a charming blend of engaging factory automation and city-building gameplay, a stylish mix of traditional and voxel 3D graphics, hearty music, and even an inspiring narrative—truly taking the best of two different worlds.
