The Order Up Mass Outbreak event featuring Tatsugiri and its three formes ran from July 26, 2024 to August 8, 2024.

All Tatsugiri forms had a boosted chance of being Shiny and ran alongside the Mightiest Mark Dondozo Tera Raid!

7-Star Dondozo Tera Raid Event: Best Counters and Rewards

Mass Outbreak Locations

The Order Up Outbreak Event will be held in all three maps in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Curly Form Tatsugiri will appear in Paldea, Droopy Form Tatsugiri will appear in Kitakami, and Stretchy Form Tatsugiri will appear in the Terarium.

This means that only those that have purchased the DLC have access to the Droopy and Stretchy Form Tatsugiri outbreaks.

Droopy and Stretchy Form Tatsugiri Locked Behind Base Game and Teal Mask Post-Game

The Droopy and Stretchy Form Tatsugiri outbreaks will only appear in The Indigo Disk's Terarium, which is only accessible if you have finished both the base game and The Teal Mask's stories.

That means that if you want to hunt for a Shiny Tatsugiri in either Droopy or Stretchy Form, you need to finish both the base game and The Teal Mask.

Has Boosted Shiny Chance

The Order Up Outbreak Event features boosted Shiny encounter rates. You can further boost your chances of getting Shinies for all Tatsugiri Formes with a Level 3 Sparking Power: Dragon or Level 3 Sparkling Power: Water sandwiches!

To join this mass outbreak event, you needed to connect your game to the Internet to update the game data. Once done, Tatsugiri should start appearing on your map!
