The DNA Splicer is used to fuse Kyurem with Reshiram or Zekrom. The resulting fusion has its stats boosted, gains new abilities, and learns new moves.

The DNA Splicers can only be used when Kyurem is together with Reshiram or Zekrom in your team and can be used again to separate the two Pokemon.
