How to Change Kyurem's Form

Use DNA Splicers on Zekrom or Reshiram

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV - Kyurem and DNA Splicer

To change Kyurem's form into either Black Kyurem or White Kyurem, use the item DNA Splicers from your bag on Kyurem and either Zekrom for Black Kyurem or Reshiram for White Kyurem.

You can get the DNA Splicers item from the Porto Marinada Auction, which will show up as an auction if you have Kyurem and Reshiram or Zekrom in your party or box.
