Just the the previous Blissey Raids, the Tera Shards that are given as rewards are always types that matchup against each other. If you want to focus on building up Pokemon for the Mewtwo Tera Raid, we suggest going for Psychic, Bug, and Dark type Tera Raid Dens for maximum efficiency.

By aligning a Pokemon's original Type with its Tera Type and using a move of that same Type, you can deal maximum damage. Therefore, if you are unsure of what Tera Type to go with, that is a great starting point for using Scizor, Blissey, and Hydreigon in story playthroughs or Tera Raids.
EVs, IVs, and Natures Explained
Scizor, Blissey, and Hydreigon with their respective Hidden Abilities will have a chance to appear in 5★ raids.
If you plan on stocking up on Scizor, Blissey, and Hydreigon with a Hidden Ability, this event is your opportunity to do so as all sparkling Tera Raid Crystals are guaranteed to have Scizor, Blissey, and Hydreigon; you just need to check if they are 5★!
Shiny Pokemon can appear in Tera Raid Battles, but since there is no announcement that there are increased chances of Shiny Scizor, Blissey, and Hydreigon appearing, the chances of shiny Scizor, Blissey, or Hydreigon raids appearing is most likely similar to regular raids, which is low.
