Pokemon transferred to Scarlet and Violet (SV) from Pokemon GO have been having issues with EXP Points. The Pokemon Company has scheduled a maintenance on August 8 from 0:00 to 6:00 UTC. Server Maintenance Scheduled on August 8 (0:00 UTC)

Servers Down from 0:00 AM ~ 6 AM UTC

Pokemon SV - HOME August Maintenance
Network services for Pokemon HOME will go under maintenance on August 8, 2023 from 0:00 AM ~ 6 AM UTC. The maintenance will end at 6 AM UTC, with online services resuming for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet afterwards.

Players will be unable to connect to Pokemon HOME while playing the game during this time. Reason cited is to fix Pokemon from GO having Abnormal Exp. Point Values.

HOME Online Functionality Temporarily Unavailable

During the downtime, players will not be able to connect to Pokemon HOME's online servers, which will make transfers to and from any Switch Pokemon titles unavailable. Be sure to transfer any Pokemon you plan to use into your game beforehand.

Players will also be unable to access Ranked Battle data in the Pokemon HOME app. This will last until the end of the maintenance of the online servers.

Pokemon transferred from Pokemon GO have been found that while they are able to be brought into the mainline games via Pokemon HOME, they are unable to pass the Switch titles' legality checks making them unable to be traded or used in battles.
