Polar Biome

A wild Dewgong with a Stellar Tera Type can be found in the Polar Biome in the Terarium. It appears near the Polar Plaza. Dewgong may respawn after the initial encounter, but may be replaced by another Pokemon.

Do note that you need to beat The Indigo Disk's story to make wild Stellar Tera Pokemon appear in the Terarium.
