You will receive a special Hisuian Zoroark as a bonus if you purchase the DLC by October 31, 2023. Its special features are that it knows the Happy Hour move (which is currently not in Scarlet and Violet), has the Dark Tera Typing, and has the Charismatic Mark.
Note that the Hisuian Zoroark is not exclusive to the DLC early purchase bonus, as it's been confirmed you may be able to get Hisuian Zoroark using different methods in the future.
