The Pokemon Information Bureau is holding a New Year's Gift Challenge where Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players have a chance to win up to 1,000,000 LP or other in-game items such as Stardust, Star Pieces, and Comet Shards.

Note that the Pokemon Information Bureau is a Japanese Twitter account and all posts are in Japanese. You may need some knowledge of Japanese language, or translation software in order to take full advantage of this promotion.
Once you have followed 【公式】ポケモン情報局 (Poke_Times) on Twitter, keep an eye out for a post each day that is accompanied by the hashtag: #1日目. The two Japanese Kanji following the number indicated 'Day Number' while the preceeding number is which day of the campaign it is for. These are the tweets that you will need to retweet by midnight of the day it was posted in order to be eligible.
Only retweet once per day, as you will not be able to receive more than one code each day of the campaign. The wording of the promotion states that only one code will be distributed to each player, however it is unclear if this will refresh with each day. It seems likely however, that you will only be eligible to win a Mystery Gift Code once during the campaign.
