I don't need one or anything, but just so you know, if you put an Azumarill with an empty move slot holding a mirror herb in your party with a pokemon that knows only Belly Drum (Hariyama knows it very early on and can be caught in the wild), and then start a picnic with just those two, the Azumarill will learn Belly Drum
