Mudkip appears inside the Torchlit Labyrinth, which is a large cave system located beneath the large mountain in the Coastal Biome. An entrance to this cave can be accessed to the south of the Coastal Outdoor Classroom fly point. Mudkip will only appear in this location after completing the Boost Biodiversity in the Coastal Biome Support Board request.
