For story, cut either Rock Throw or Stone Edge for Accelerock. I know you want power but if your going to run 2 rock Stabs, your Stone Edge will be the powerhouse for damage and Accelerock with both stab and Tough claw boost become a fine replacement with Priority. My personal favorites move set would be. Stone Edge (Rock Stab) Thunder Fang (Water Coverage) / Fire Fang (Grass Coverage) Psychic Fang (Fighting Coverage / Some Grass Coverage if Duel Poison types.) Swords Dance / Accelerock.
