Catch the Unrivaled Decidueye during its raid event to obtain it. Decidueye will be featured in an upcoming 7-Star Tera Raid Event on March 17th-19th and on March 24th-26th, and can only be caught once per save file.

Aside from receiving it from another player via trade, this is the only way to catch a Decidueye in the game so far as it does not regularly appear in the Paldea region.
