Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV - Complete SV Pokedex Diploma

Jacq will present you a Shiny Charm as a reward for capturing and registering all Pokemon appearing in the Paldea Pokedex.

Once you have caught all 400 Pokemon in either Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet, you can visit Jacq in the Academy to receive your Shiny Charm!
