Level up your Pokemon fast with a Lucky Egg in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV)! Read on to learn how to use a Lucky Egg, as well as how to obtain it.

Lucky Egg boosts the experience gain of the Pokemon holding it by 50%! But make sure that your Pokemon is holding it as a held item so it gets the EXP boost.
How to Level Up Fast: EXP Farming Guide
An important thing to note is that the experience bonus only applies during regular encounters and battles.
Your Pokemon will not earn bonus experience if you send it out in Auto Battles using the Let's Go! feature.
How to Auto Battle and Evolve Pokemon
Jacq will give you a Lucky Egg after collecting 5 Gym Badges and before you attempt your 6th Gym Test and Battle. Do take note that you will not get it immediately after earning your 5th Gym Badge, as you need to visit another Gym building right after so you can meet Jacq.
Once you head inside the Gym building, Jacq will greet you and hand you the item!
Remember that you can only have one piece of this item, so make sure to prioritize using it on Pokemon you want to level up fast.
