You can obtain this item by interacting with sparkling dropped items on the ground. These are laid out randomly around the area, so you may have to scout around to find the item.
You can get Fire Stone as a reward for filling up the Paldea Pokedex and catching 60 Pokemon.
You can get this item on the Pokedex app's rewards menu by pressing the X button.

Fire Stone can be bought at the Delibird Presents shop for ₽3,000. This item will be available once you get 3 Gym Badge/s.

There's a chance for Fire Stones to be obtained from sparkling dropped items at East Province (Area Three), just north of Levincia. Note that the locations of these items are random, so be sure to pick up as many as you can!
