You got a source on that? From what I've seen, and from my own testing, Synchronize has no effect on the natures of wild pokemon.
The mechanics does work, it's just that even its the leading Pokémon, it only has 50% chance of syncing the nature so it's another rng 🤣
Jesus, I spent like an hour getting the sync Ralts only to find out the mechanic either doesn’t work or just isn’t in the game smh aaahhh.

Same here. Game freak needs to do something about it. Perhaps a system update.
Synchronize is not working I lead with a synchronize Ralts and I’m not getting the nature to copy across
