    You don't need swim if you take the longer route past Medali and through Dalizapa Passage. And as mentioned by somebody else, it's an old lady and not a man.

    There is an error, he can’t learn psyshock, so you have to change this moveset from recomended.

    I don't think you know what pseudo-legendaries are. Pseudo-legendaries are usually final evolutions and are not well known for having exclusive moves either. It sounds like maybe you meant Mythical, though a mythical reveal this early would be strange. Those two just look either legendary or mythical. I can't imagine they would pseudos unless they were the third evolutions of the same Pokemon.
